Has anyone else noticed that Pinnacle has been posting MLB proposition for the NEXT day up much sooner?

This has been occuring for approximately a week now...

I am thinking some of my emails just prior to this may have helped, as their alt run-lines were not being posted within minutes of the first scheduled game time start.

Good to know they listen to customers, but more importantly, take ACTION in correcting unacceptable issues when inquiries are made.

A follow-up email appreciating such has also been issued.

I noticed that too. Don't have to wait until ten or eleven at night for lines. Especially nice because their strictly on-line and I don't have (or plan to get) a notebook and am away a lot. More books should do it, especially for baseball where everything is tied to starting pitchers anyway. Good work!

I think most posters consider Pinnacle the best book by a wide margin.

Now that I have a new debit card, I don't see how they will be able to credit back all my previous deposits. This will prevent me from making future deposits with them. There is over $1000 that could be a problem.

I'm going to have to wait until I win someplace else and do a large NETeller transfer, then I can get that debit thing taken care of one way or the other. Of course I have to win, which I've never done there before.

Same problem exists with BET365. It's stupid to have to credit back deposits past 6 months. There should be a cutoff date. At WSEX it's only three months back. Surely my situation is not unique.

oh yea? ive been asking for over a month to have them do something with their embarrassing pitiful excuse for a racebook and NO REPLY, NO ACTION...seems they are quick to help people play sucker bets but if you have a shot at taking their money its a different story alltogether...

Pinnacle rules.....

As soon as a player can get over the lack of phone support-which shouldn't be a big deal since they answer emails in 2 minutes or less, it's really tough not to love this place.

I am astonished they actually listened to their customers, I have said it before, yes they have great lines but their customer service rots. By the way, they should just close their horsebook, its that bad!

I have had to stop betting with pinnacle because I cant call in and place a late bet! Unlike some of you guys, i am not on the net 20 hours a day, so I need to book to call in my books. Betrio has been fine and I just started with bodog, another advertiser here. They are great for phone bets

I think one of the reason they started posting up the alternate runlines earlier is because people started playing them at the other places where they were offered.

I have stopped myslef, but only because I get them here in Vegas now, but I was always pissed when I had to keep refreshing the page to get them to come up. Then run into town to get my bets in here, or bother some guy in town trying to do his thing and ask him to put in bets for me on the early games.

But I would say those Alt RLs make them a lot of money. I know a lot more people hae been playing them, and winning at them consistantly is extremely hard to do. Plus I am sure their take on them is preety high reletive to regular lines. I have never bothered to try and figure it ut, but it has to be I am sure, especially now that they have hedged them down considerably since last year.

But it is always good when books do things to accomodate players. Even if it is getting lines up earlier.

Solution: call in your late bets to Pinnacle. They take phone bets without the reduced juice.

What's with Pinnacle? As soon as we compliment them on early alternate run lines, they quit. Its roughly 2 hours and 20 minutes to several games today and still no ARL's!

...now wondering if we'll ever live to see the reverse happen...

...you know, make a "complaint" about a Sports Book issue here upon the Rx, only to THEN witness its immediate resolution?

Pinnacle is amongst the best, if not the best overall sports book in the biz!

All one has to do is search the threads about them on this forum and across the street, too...
